If you're feeling sluggish,
get up and exercise.

I was feeling sluggish even though I had accomplished many things today. I wanted to exercise and started making excuses.
Once I started exercising, I wanted o keep going.
My back was stretched instead of the dull ache, and I had energy for the rest of the night.
